Community Development Society<\/b> is a non-profit organization acting in the public interest, established on the basis of the Sillam\u00e4e Integration Civic Initiative Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

The objectives of the Society\u2019s activities are:<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • participation in projects and programs aimed at community development and the promotion of civil society;<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  • supporting local development;<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  • creating and implementing a system oriented towards the prevention of problems;<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  • fostering community life and self-initiative at the local level, networking with other non-profit organizations in Estonia and abroad, and advocating for the common interests of the Society\u2019s members.<\/span>\n

    <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mission:<\/b> to support local development and strengthen civil society.<\/span>
    \n<\/span> Vision:<\/b> an inclusive and sustainable civil society at both local and national levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

    To achieve its objectives, the Society operates in the following forms:<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. submits proposals to state authorities, government bodies, and local municipalities;<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. concludes agreements with legal entities as well as individuals;<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. organizes events, courses, seminars, camps, trainings, conferences, counseling and more;<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. provides scholarships for participants\/applicants engaged in the Society\u2019s activities;<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
